We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday shipping may be available for some orders.

Please allow up to 48hrs for orders to process as over 50% of orders are processed on demand.

We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.

If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free via USPS Military Mail and arrive within 30-45 days.

The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected after processing time. Ensure that you double check the shipping method you want to use and the shipping time meets your needs.

SHIPPING TIME

Due to the coronavirus's impact and the mandates in place, your order may experience a shipping delay. This delay is due to several factors, including travel restrictions, available staffing, and/or federal/state/local mandates. Silaholics Anonymous/Honestly SpINKing has no control over shipping/delivery delays, delivery errors, missing packages that occur after we have surrendered the packages to the delivery carriers. We will do our very best to work with the carrier to locate you package with no guarantee of retrieval. Should a claim be needed and is successful your order will be refunded and/or reshipped.

Silaholics Anonymous/Honestly SpINKing makes every effort to process and ship all orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST and Saturday before 12pm EST the same day. However we are a small family owned business and are subject delayed, stoppage, and emergencies that can affect processing times. Should your order not be able to process same day please allow up to 72 hours for processing.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, unbroken seals and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at silaholicsanonymous@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return labels fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus all shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Price Adjustments/Sales

The purchase price of all transactions at the time of purchase is Final. Price adjustments will not be made/honored should items you purchase go on sale anytime after your original purchase.
