Shipping policy

HS INK 365 currently only ships throughout the United States, Military APO/FDO Addresses and Canada.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

• We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday processing may be available for some orders.
• Please allow up to 48 hrs for orders to process as over 50% of orders are processed on demand.
• We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
• If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
• Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free via USPS Military Mail and arrive within 30-45 days.
• The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected after processing time. Ensure that you double check the shipping method you want to use and the shipping time meets your needs.
• If an order is returned due to refusal or an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

SHIPPING TIME
HS INK 365 has no control over shipping/delivery delays, delivery errors, missing packages that occur after we have surrendered the packages to the delivery carriers. We will do our very best to work with the carrier to locate your package with no guarantee of retrieval.  Should a claim be needed and is successful your order will be refunded and/or reshipped.

HS INK 365 makes every effort to process and ship all orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST and Saturday before 12pm EST the same day. However we are a small family owned business and are subject to delays, stoppage, and emergencies that can affect processing times. Should your order not be able to process same day please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
