Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, unbroken seals and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@hsink365.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return labels fee will be deducted from your refund. All returns will incur a 5% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Missing Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at orders@hsink365.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage/contents of the package so that we can evaluate the issue.  Based on the nature of the issue we will provide start a return process to issue a replacement or store credit or in the case of missing items send out the missing items within 48 business hours.

Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Printables, Courses)

No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been purchased, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus all shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If a promo code for FREE or Discounted Shipping was used at purchase the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Any transactions completed with ANY BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later )payments will be refunded in the form of Store Credit.

Price Adjustments/Sales
The purchase price of all transactions at the time of purchase is Final. Price adjustments will not be made/honored should items you purchase go on sale anytime after your original purchase.
